Laboratories and cleanrooms
We do the electrical installation for laboratories and cleanrooms, the rooms where the air is filtered and dust must stay out. Everything is sealed, smooth and easy to clean. And we hand over the paperwork the room validation asks for.
What it covers
- Cleanrooms
- Sealed luminaire
- Room validation
- UNE-EN ISO 14644
Recessed sealed luminaires, airtight switches and sockets, smooth boxes. No corner is left where dust or cleaning water can collect.
We only leave conduit and tray exposed where it is allowed, standing off the wall and with no gaps. Everything else runs through the service ceiling.
Equipment sockets run from a UPS, batteries that keep the power on if the mains fails. So whatever is inside the room keeps working.
We coordinate the installation with the room's air conditioning and pressure. They are what keep the air clean.
The room is validated by whoever certifies it, usually to UNE-EN ISO 14644 and, in pharma, GMP. We hand them the record of electrical tests they need.
