Maintenance and legalisation
We look after your installation under a maintenance contract. We check the boards and the emergency lighting, issue the installation certificates and get you ready for the periodic inspection. If something breaks down, we answer the same day.

We check the condition of the switchgear, tighten the terminals and label every protective device. That way anyone can tell what each breaker switches off.
We create a leakage with an approved tester to see whether the RCD trips and how long it takes. We also measure the earth resistance and check it against the regulation.
We measure insulation between phase and earth and between neutral and earth. And we check that each cable can carry what its protection lets through.
We test that every unit lights up and how long its battery lasts. It is one of the first things an inspector checks, and one of the first things to fail.
You get a report with the tests carried out and what needs fixing. We use it to prepare the certificates and the periodic inspection.
