Low-voltage maintenance
We look after your low-voltage installation under a contract, to find what is about to fail and fix what already has. We run thermography on the boards, fit a power analyser, measure earthing and insulation and tighten connections. We also get you ready for the periodic OCA inspection.
What it covers
- Thermography
- Power analyser
- Breakdown response
We look at the board while it is working, with a camera that sees heat. That way we find the connection running too hot before it burns out.
We leave a meter on the main board for a week. It records consumption, reactive power and harmonics. We decide what to do from that data.
We measure the earth resistance and the insulation of the lines, and write it down. It is what the inspection asks for, and what prevents an accident.
We go over the board and tighten every connection. Most hot spots start with a loose screw.
We get the installation and the paperwork ready for the inspection. Anything that would show up as a defect, we fix first.
